When you attend a Far North Chiropractic Clinic you can expect to be treated as an individual! You are important to us and we strive to provide you with a quality personalised service.
When you schedule your Initial Consultation you will be asked a few questions to assist us in providing the best care possible for you as an individual! We will also provide you with information regarding your initial consultation, including price, health fund claiming and clinic location. You will be asked to complete New Patient Forms prior to your first visit (or arrive at the clinic 15 mins prior to your appointment to allow time to fill these out!).

We know your time is precious! Please allow up to an
hour for your Initial Consultation at our Clinic.
We allow this time so we can provide you with
appropriate advice and evidence-based options, as well
as care in an open and honest environment! We value our
patient's individuality and are passionate about providing
quality evidence-based care, which means that we can't
just give you a 'quick' adjustment without all the
information. We would be negligent to do so! We believe
a thorough assessment is vital to establish your
requirements and how best to manage them, whilst
minimising any risks that may be particular to you!
Your Initial Consultation includes a thorough history,
guided orthopaedic and neurological examination,
explanation of working diagnosis, evidence-based
treatment options AND treatment!
We feel it is vitally important to start your journey to
improvement right from the start, so we always provide
treatment on your first visit if it is deemed appropriate
and in your best interest! Home advice will also be
provided and any questions you have regarding your care specifically,
Chiropractic in general, or anything else will be openly and honestly addressed.
Please Note: if Chiropractic Care is not in your best interest, we may refer for further investigations or to another suitable registered health care practitioner for further review

We pride ourselves on being open and honest and giving you recommendations based purely on the response of your body to care that you are provided, on an individual basis.

Subsequent Appointments at FNC
Chiropractic Care visits after your Initial Consultation can take between 15 and 30 minutes. At Far North Chiropractic we follow a long consultation model as we feel this caters best for the needs of our patients and allows us to continue to care for you as an individual.
If further visits are required, we aim to build on previous visits and ensure we are achieving improvement overall!

During future visits you can expect to receive evidence-based care, advice and further recommendations including active-care exercises, postural advice and answers to any questions that you may have
A longer appointment may be scheduled at times due to a change in your presentation, or if you have not attended either of the Far North Chiropractic Clinic's for a long time!
If you have had a new injury, investigations or medication changes, please let the FNC Care Team know in advance so we can allow extra time to update your records.
Remedial Massage
At Far North Chiropractic, we appreciate the benefits of Massage. We have Massage Therapists that we may refer you to. This will enable you to access various types of Massage techniques, depending on your requirements.
